-Roleplaying is the act of impersonating a character with a distinct set of characteristics and skills. The character is often written by the player himself. May or may not be fun.

-Roleplaying involves making decisions for your character based on who he is *and* rolling dice, while rollplaying only involves dice. In fact, rollplayers could as well be playing rock paper scissors over and over and going "YEAH! I WIN! I'M THE BEST! BECAUSE A RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR DECIDED SO!"
