Armageddon: The End Times is not, despite the similarities in the naming convention, part of the World of Darkness, but is instead one of the last original setting books to come out of Eden Studios for their Unisystem game. Specifically, it's the optional "Part 2" to the Witchcraft setting; whereas WitchCraft has the setting slowly ticking towards the coming of "The Reckoning", Armageddon: The End Times (or just "Armageddon", for short - and in fact that's how Eden Studios itself refers to the gameline) is set after the Reckoning has occurred, adding a Post Apocalyptic vibe to the Urban Fantasy setting established by Witchcraft.

Just like how Witchcraft was in many ways a would-be competitor for the Old World of Darkness, Armageddon could be considered Eden Studios' take on the "Time of Judgement" branch of the World of Darkness. The big difference is that, officially, Armageddon is supposed to represent a possible future; yeah, things will probably turn out like this, but officially, Your Dudes can make a difference and perhaps even stop this from coming to pass. This is just what happens if they failed.
