Because she never really accepted the older Nazzadi as allies, she often passed Itha up for promotions or failed to expound on his meritorious conduct in after-action reports. Eventually, Itha got fed up and asked for a transfer out of ALoyza's squadron, but he still bears a grudge against her.
**When Ceinwen was a child, on a trip to  the ruins of Paris with her parent, she was nearly lynched by a xenophobic mob of redneck Frenchmen, but was saved from this fate by the OIS agent assigned to her Case. The Rednecks have Recently formed a cult, and despite the governments attempts to get rid of it has proved tenacious. Ceinwen has been marked as a prime sacrifice and is actively hunted by them when she is in France.
