Drakira, Queen of Vengeance, is one of the Cytharai of the Elf Gods, and one of the many children of Ellinill. She is referenced in Vermintide twice by Kerillian, both with very little apparent reverence.
Drakira was treated poorly by her many siblings, as they mocked her for not being able to cause destruction on the grand scale they could.
