The Girallon is a four-armed, white-furred, large, vicious, carnivorous ape native to the multiverse of Dungeons & Dragons. It was almost certainly taken from the White Apes of Mars, a monstrous beast that featured in the Sword & Sorcery novel series John Carter of Mars. As such, it has been around throughout the history of D&D.

Dark Sun has its own variant called the Feylaar, which is basically a girallon with psionics.
