The "Comics & Cartoons" board on 4chan. They are one of /tg/'s friends, since the two boards have a lot in common:

  • Worksafe (ostensibly)
  • Interest in stories, settings, and characters
  • Crossover potential -- there are role-playing games made based on comics, and comics made based on RPGs.
  • The influence in the inspiration of the cartoon "Adventure Time" is Dungeons and Dragons (on acid). Adventure Time also had an episode devoted to a fictional card game.
  • Both know about works that are highly promotable.
  • It is not 100% socially accepted to say you like either, nor will they increase your chances of getting laid (unless you get VERY lucky).
  • Nice images are highly appreciated.
  • Both have continuities that span back decades.

Has a Board-tans/co Board-tan counterpart.
