Dekanters were goblins that was modified by an illithid lich known as the "beast lord". They're short, red rhino people that lives in caves and the underdark. They can regenerate like a troll allowing them to return from battle without wounds. They mostly set up shop around the Greypeak mountains west of Anauroch.
PC Stats
Races of Faerûn gave the rhino goblins the following stats:
- +6 Strength, +2 Dexterity, +4 Constitution, +2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma
- Base land speed 20 feet
- Darkvision 60 feet
- +4 Natural Armor
- Fast Healing 3
- Cold Resistance 5
- Proficient with all simple weapons
- Monstrous Humanoid Hit Dice: 2d8 racial hit dice, +2 base attack bonus, +0 Fort, +3 Ref, +3 Will base saving throw bonus.
