A good player makes a lot more difference than army choice
Top Tier
you should win at least half the time with these, and will table opponents occasionally. Some units are amazing for their points, and you have most options available
Mid Tier
You should be pretty even in most match ups here, some of your units are below par, but overall you have some good choices
Low Tier
You need specific army builds to be able to counter the top tier ones, quite a few of your units are below average, and you have some big weaknesses
