Looted Wagons are vehicles that have been stolen by Orks from armies that actually know how to build them and subsequently kitted out with all sorts of Flashy Bitz to make them real Orky.
Looted Wagons are by far the most fun thing about playing Orks. The ability to buy any vehicle (or monstrous creature) you like from the GeeDubs webstore and stick a bunch of Orky bitz to it and claim that it's now part of your army is truly a unique one.
