The Redeye SAM Section has a lacklustre two shots and only hits on a 4+. Compare that to the Dutch Stinger Peloton, for instance, to see what passable AA looks like.
Like the British Blowpipe, one would be almost insane to actually launch a Stinger missile while standing in a vehicle: the backblast alone would probably fry all your crewmates.
