Panzerwaffle is a restaurant franchise created by /tg/ within the Shadowrun universe. It's famous for its European-style breakfast menu, friendly staff and well-stocked bar. Panzerwaffle is also the de-facto hangout for off-duty shadowrunners, with many franchises resembling hardened bunkers and employing armed staff. Most Panzerwaffle franchises are within the Seattle area, but other locations are starting to sprout them wherever shadowrunners gather.
Weapons Check is a Panzerwaffle tradition. If someone yells out "Weapons Check!" then every runner in the restaurant is obligated to reveal their primary weapon. The story goes that a table once produced assault cannons and a rocket launcher, putting the entire room to shame.
