As if D&D didn't have enough crustacean humanoid races, the Sartani are burly seventeen foot tall crab people introduced in the Al-Qadim module Golden Voyages. The are endemic to the Al-Sartan archipelago of the Crowded Sea. They are likely related to the crab-headed god Kar'r'gra whose cult is also restricted to those islands. They periodically raid coastal villages, killing and eating everyone, but not stealing anything of value.
