Skaven Clan Creation Tables

Very much a work in progress on my part and it is a project that I plan to have expanded to all the fantasy factions.

Where does the clan currently reside?(d100)
1-20: Under a human city.
21-30: A hellish wasteland.
31-40: Deep in the skaven's tunnel system.
41-55: On a coastline or river.
56-60: In a lush forest.
61-70: Mountains.
71-80: The ruins of an abandoned dwarven city.
81-90: The Chaos wastes/far north.
91-96: Lustria.
97-100: Skavenblight.

How did the clan rise to power?

What is their secret to success? (d10)
1	The clan dragged it's way up from the bottem of skavendom without any advantages or luck.
2	The biggest clan fell apart when this clan backstabbed them
3	The clan stumbled upon something that gave them a distinct edge.
4	They disobeyed the orders from a lord of decay that other clans obeyed and stuffed for.
5	They bought themselves good relations with a lord of decay.
6	Other skaven in the area got wiped out.
7	Two smaller clans decided to merge themselves into a larger clan.
8	The clan is ruled by a powerful patriarch who controls them more effectively then his neighbors.
9	The clan arrived here as skaven colonizers.
10	They didn't rise. They're still fighting tooth and nail with lesser clans
