Torias Telion is the Master of Scouts of the Ultramarines Chapter. Having been introduced in the 5th edition Space Marine Codex, he is, of course, the BESTEST SCOUT MASTER EVAR. In fact, he's SO GOOD, he's loaned to other Chapters to train their Scouts.
He is the least offensive of the various Ultramarines special characters (besides that badass Ortan Cassius), probably because he has a badass beard.
