Notable in that Black Library (Beastslayer) had Praag ruled by a duke, Enric, who had a similar anti-chaos obsession. Then in a later WFRP Kislev splatbook the rulership of Praag is being kept deliberately vacant by Tzarina Katarin. This set was after the Storm of Chaos though, so maybe Saltan/Enrique died offscreen during that. | |||
