Asterius is an Immortal in the D&D setting of Mystara. As a mortal, he was a member of the Blackmoor civilization. He was a fencer for stolen goods and then later a merchant. He won immortality by finding and destroying an artifact of Thanatos that would have destroyed Blackmoor (Too bad it blew up anyway!). He appears as a fat middle-aged man with black hair wearing ancient robes.
