Template:Tl adds a superscript citation needed link to Help:Citing sources where it is placed and adds Category:Articles in need of citations to the page. It should be added after unsourced statements.

Example:

Aroden died after slipping in his bathtub. We try not to talk about it.{{source}}

results in:

This template supersedes, and is the redirect destination of, Template:Tl.
