They were introduced in the Monster Manual 2 for [[4e]]. Nobody would ever play these things, unless they wanted to be an ironic idiot and/or the group punching bag, unless you are a [[munchkin]], in which case you can probably make a damn decent bleak disciple assassin and slit their throats in their sleep.

Bullywugs, seen here, often participate in activities of intellectual and spiritual development, honing their minds and bodies, preparing for the day when someone will actually give a shit about them and take them seriously. NAH, JUST KIDDING, THEY ALL SUCK.

Bullywugs are ugly little frog-men who live in swamps and have no redeeming qualities at all, whatsoever. They're fat, they smell bad, they have no drive nor ambition, no greater dreams or an empire to speak of, and oh yeah, THEY ARE COMING!!! MILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF BULLYWUGS ARE COMING!!! WHY WON'T ANYBODY LISTEN TO ME?!?!?
