Introduction
A revamp of the original Codex-Eldar Rework done by The Angry Pirate. This article is produced by his chief advisor, The Ravenous Eye.
Psychic Powers
Runes of Battle:
0. Destructor/Renewer…. Warp Charge 1
Destructor/Renewer can be cast as either a ‘’’Witchfire’’’ or a ‘’’Blessing’’’. If cast as a ‘’’Witchfire’’’ it has the following profile: S5, AP4, Soul Blaze, Template If cast as a ‘’’Blessing’’’ one model in target unit within 12” regains a wound lost earlier in the battle.
1. Conceal/Reveal…. Warp Charge 1
Conceal/Reveal can be cast as either a ‘’’Malediction’’’ or a ‘’’Blessing’’’. If cast as a ‘’’Blessing’’’ it grants the psyker and his unit the Shrouded rule until the next psychic phase or until the unit moves for any reason. It cannot be cast on a unit which moved in it’s previous movement phase. If cast as a ‘’’Malediction’’’ target unit within 18” loses ‘’’Stealth’’’ and ‘’’Shrouded’’’.

- Distort: When rolling on the destroyer table with a weapon with this rule subtract the number in brackets from your roll.

Soul-Guided: A model equipped with a weapon with this rule increases its WS by 1.
Vehicle Equipment
Serpent Shield
Models shooting at a model with a serpent shield in the front or flank arc lose the Melta and Armourbane special rules while shooting at it. In addition the Serpent Shield can be fired with the profile given below:
Range S AP Type Template 6 - Assault 1, One Use Only, Strikedown, Shatter
Shatter: When a vehicle is hit by a weapon with this type, whether it takes damage or not, roll once on the vehicle damage table and apply the roll. Note that this does not inflict damage to any hull points.
Once the ranged profile has been used the vehicle loses its serpent shield.
Star Engines
Vehicles with this upgrade can Flat Out up to 12 additional inches. A Walker with this upgrade Runs an additional 6".
Vectored Engines
Unless it is Immobilised, a vehicle with this upgrade can pivot to face any direction at the end of your shooting phase.
Pulse Dischargers
15pts A vehicle with this upgrade counts as having the Assault Vehicle Special Rule provided it remains stationary in the movement phase.

Autarch
- WS 8
- Now has the Ascended and Path of Command special rules, the new Path of Command replaces the old one.
- Ascended: The Autarch benefits from the Shadowstrike, Acrobatic, Defense Tactics, Inescapable Accuracy, Infiltrate, Assured Destruction, Flickerjump, Hit and Run, Skilled Rider, Aerobatic Grace and Outflank rules, provided that at least one other model in the unit he has joined has the same special rule. He is only subject to flickerjump if the Autarch also has a Warp jump generator.
- Path of Command: At the start of the battle, after rolling who deploys first you may choose one of the following rules. The Autarch has that rule for the duration of the battle:
- Flaming Sword of Asuryan: All friendly units in the same detachment as this model gain the Acute Senses special rule. In addition you may add or subtract 1 from your reserve rolls for units in the same detachment as this model.
- Bloody Hand of Khaine: The Autarch gains +1 WS, +1 I and +1 A.
- Piercing Spear of Kurnous: All friendly units may re-roll failed ranged To Hit rolls of 1 if the target is within 6" of the Autarch.

If this model is a part of a Wraith Host formation then is unaffected by this rule while within 18" of the Spiritseer from the same formation.
