According to their website, Cubicle 7 "make clever games for awesome people". By awesome people they mean bearded guys with huge dice collections who prefer to live in realms of make-belief. In other words; they make and publish roleplaying games, and they're really quite good at it.
They have made various roleplaying games set in the Tolkien universe, the Dr. Who universe, Warhammer's The Old World and there's even a game in the works set in the Age of Sigmar universe.
