Summary
Adventure Time is an awesome show about Finn and his friend Jake as they adventure in the post-apocalyptic world of Ooo. The planet is missing a large chunk, Finn is the last human, and Jake is a magical shape-shifting dog.
There is also a teenage vampire with a sexy, sexy voice. The whole show is intermittently somewhat scary or fucked-up. But also quite awesome.
It is quite obvious that Pendelton Ward, the show's creator, is a big nerd. He clearly took many, many pages from RPGs, specifically D&D style things. The show is notable for referencing Cubes and Bear Lore. This is possibly why some fa/tg/uy chose to add this page here.
Plus, the Demon Cat of Approximate Knowledge would be an awesome creature to fight.
To sum up Adventure Time nicely, imagine what would have run through Hunter S. Thompson's mind had he been invited to a D&D game, in the midst of his escapades in Las Vegas.
