Dragonborn are a race from Dungeons and Dragons Fourth Edition. They are usually used as an excuse to image dump scaly porn. Because of their stats Dragonborn make the best Paladins.

It is theorized on /tg/ that Dragonborn have tits because they are 4th edition D&D's in-universe version of furries. Their breasts were self-polymorphed onto them because they are deviants who want to look like humans and other titted races. It's a lifestyle for them, not just a fetish.
