Half-Dragons are mostly found in Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition, the edition with Half-Elves, Half-Orcs and ultimately, templates for every other Half-whatever you could possibly want. Humans are as ever the sluts of every fantasy setting. Unlike Helves and Horcs, Half-Dragons tend not to be used for angst-fuel, since barring LA, being part dragon is awesome. Whether this is what makes them more likely to be used for fetish-fuel is up for debate. I mean, you can't order an elf-dildo online.
