The Ichor Angels are a little known successor of the Blood Angels, founded in the 32nd Millenium as a part of the 4th founding after The War Of The Beast. But this was not the cause for their creation, rather it was a prediction from a Librarian that the Blackstar system would be taken over in the near future.
