Igor the Terrible is the WFB's interpretation of well-known Russian Tsar Ivan the Terrible. Like Ivan, he was a paranoid and cruel ruler known for many executions and ruthless collection of taxes, but also was a great warrior who saved Kislev from being buttfucked by Chaos vikings. Canonically founded Kreml Guard, elite bodyguards of Kislevite monarchs. Had a dreaded magic sword called Bloodedge, that most likely was the reason why he went mad.
