The Man
Michael de Jong is a man/meme/myth famous for making spread sheets usable for army building in Warhammer 40k. Originally, he posted as Anonymous in response to another anon asking for help making a Tau army. Michael, then Anonymous, replied with a link to a spread sheet he made. However, foolishly, he did not remove his name from all of the notes in the spread sheet. A clever anon (CreepyStalkerGuy) found his name in one of these notes, and presented it to /tg/.
Michael de Jong occasionally posts under the trip Spreadsheetguy!e64DCKtABI, and so far has only been called a tripcoding faggot attention whore once (by an "unenlightened heathen"). He generally doesn't use the tripcode, since it generally causes more trouble than it's worth.
In addition to doing Warhammer 40K spreadsheets, he plays Mahjong as well. He also derailed an entire Mahjong thread by revealing this and posting a Mahjong cheat sheet. This caused one of his more typical responses toward his fledgling cult, "Oh goddammit."
The Myth
Having a very common first and last name, "googling" Michael de Jong provides many results. It has been postulated that Michael de Jong is an author, a techno DJ, a politician, and even the God Emperor of Mankind.
Some anons have claimed that they are going to use Michael de Jong as a minor God in some of their campaigns, as a God of Economics, with worshippers being Bankers, Accountants, Gamblers (As all three deal with the transfer of money and information in intricate ways. Also, Mahjong = gambling), and those with Unrequited Love (for CreepyStalkerGuy). No domains decided upon in threads yet, though likely ones'd be Knowledge, Luck, Trade, and Wealth.

The Meme
Although only propagated by a few individuals, Michael de Jong has become a sort of meme. In the thread of his grand debut, Michael is quoted with saying that having his name said so much gave him a headache. This sparked many theories, predominant upon which was the theory that MdJ was a latent psyker, who made people's head's explode when they said his name, because he found it annoying. The meme is basically that when you say Michael de Jong you mysteriously dissap
