Neil Roberts is an illustrator and the artist behind most of the Horus Heresy novel covers, as well as several others from Warhammer 40k, e.g. the Path of the Eldar series by Gav Thorpe and other novels by the Black Library.
His art typifies what many people think of as what 40k art has shifted toward by the end of the 2010's, as opposed to the style of decade that came before it.
