What is it?

Project Codex is a project to convert popular IPs that started with no intent of being traditional RPGs (fantasy novels and computer RPGs) to traditional pen and paper RPGs. It will be beginning with The Elder Scrolls since it is popular, interesting, and well suited to the pen and paper format being based on the Dungeons and Dragons lore.

Goals of the project

1. to be easier to play over forums than regular pen and paper RPGs (because these communities are more online based)

2. to be more structured in character creation and more open ended in later progression than D&D to make it unique but simple for first time P&P players (which is likely to happen)

Currently looking for

Anyone with decent experience as an artist, writer, pen and paper player (especially D&D), and I'm looking for a TES lore expert or two.
