Basically, Ninja Guns for Eldar too lazy to actually throw the Shuriken discs.

Eldar - too lazy to throw stuff and too lazy to fuck for their species survival. They're essentially Space Pandas...
The "Shuriken" is a concealable form of Japanese weaponry. Shurikens range from the iconic Hira-shuriken stars, Kunei and Tanto knives, daggers, and Bo stakes, to name a few. Contrary to popular weeaboo knowledge, shurikens are not necessarily confined to being thrown by nothing but ninjas, they can refer to any concealable weapon used for assassinations (which is carried by ninjas) or a side-arm for combatants, like tanto knives.

/tg/ - too lazy to write the damn article and instead bitches about Eldar. Comes off as even bigger pricks than the Eldar. Oh the irony.
In all cases, the wielder can either throw it at the opposition, or use it as their weapon in close combat, whichever fancies them better in a situation.

For the Panzee weapons; see: Shuriken Catapult
