Infamous, though not so infamous as some others to be found on 1d4chan, Spawn of Fashan is poorly designed and poorly executed RPG system that is akin to others of it's ilk in that it is clumsy and overly complex.
For most it isn't even bad enough to be considered a look in, and so is neglected, like an unwanted child it is now relegated to but this passing mention.
