The Post-Apocalyptic Roadmap/Idaho

Part of the Post-Apocalyptic Roadmap Project. Despite the bit of extra radiation Southern Idaho is still mostly habitable, the potatoes still grow and the water still flows. The main difference is that Californians are met with bullets instead of angry words. Northern Idaho is also still fine.
