Unusually for an evil deity, especially a chaotic evil one, is that Umberlee has a shtick beyond death cults and conspiracies to take over the world. As goddess of the ocean, she runs temples in civilized port towns that shake down sailors for offerings in exchange for safe passage. And yes, "Bitch Queen" is one of her actual titles.
