The Vaati, or Wind Dukes of Aaqa, are a powerful race of lawful neutral humanoids who appear as allies in the adventure The Rod of Seven Parts, being the creators of the titular rod and sworn enemies of the BBEG.
Vaati appear as 7 foot tall, muscular, androgynous humans, with smooth ebony skin, and completely white eyes. They can grow velvety black hair, but almost all wind dukes keep their heads shaved. They wear little or no clothing, except for belts and harnesses to carry weapons and equipment.
