Avandra is the good D&D deity of change, luck, trade, and travel. She was introduced in Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition, and has not been used since then.
Overview
Avandra is a free spirit at heart, and her shrines are more likely to be found in the wilderness than they are in cities. Her worshipers are most often merchants, halflings, rogues, and various other adventurers- although as the god of luck, she's fairly popular in general. She is closely allied with Melora, Seharine, and Corellon Larethian, with her Exalted spending much of their afterlives in and around the latter's domain of Arvandor.
TL;DR She is basically Tymora from Forgotten Realms.
