Lord Inquisitor Fyodor Karamazov is one of the most well-known members of the Ordo Hereticus. This is not because of any good reasons, except for maybe that pimping-dreadnought-toilet-seat called the "Throne of Judgement".

The old man's infamous for his scorched-earth approach to things. If he sees any heresy, he blasts it from orbit with no regard to any collateral damage. If he needs a militia, he'll just requisition from whatever's available and send them to do the fighting...and then send orbital bombardments on their heads.

that one time on Salem Proctor

Fyodor is hated by the Ecclesiarchy and the Thorian-inquisitor (a group of pro-resurrection inquisitors that wants to transfer Emperor's soul to someone similar to Sebastian Thor), for a good reason too. It all started on a planet called "Salem Proctor". Basically, the planet's cardinal is an asshole heretic and everyone rebelled. A preacher named Icarael led the rebellion with the inquisitors and trash the traitor towel hat to his burning cathedral like the Uriah he is. Everyone were moved by the brave faithful Icarael and the Thorian's were going to snatch him for experiment until Fyodor came and ruined everything.

He put Icarael on trials and tortures for six month straight in a fortress named Sevarian without letting anyone or other inquisitors in. This pisses everyone off, so much that the top towel head of the Ecclesiarchy: Decius XXIII demand the preacher's release or else they are going to shell the damned place. Unfortunately, Fyodor already executed Icarael for being a heretic with incineration. Ecclesiarchy were fucking pissed that they are going arrest the damned walkie-potty bald man until a taint of chaos were uncovered among Icarael's follower. Whether the chaos shit was planted by Fyodor, always there or from other sources is unknown, but Fyodor was vindicated publicly and got away, while pissing both the Ecclesiarchy and a sub faction of Inquisitor.
