The elf goddess of dark magic of the Cytharai, while Hoeth is all about learning and wisdom, Hekarti is willing to give her worshippers pure power, at a price. No gift goes for free, after all.

She is depicted as having numerous arms holding various objects. Kinda like a mystic elf hindu diety.

Considering her name, being a goddess of the underworld and her focus on magic and mysteries, she is clearly inspired by the Greek Goddess Hecate who shares these similar traits.

For some reason Tzeentch hasn't nommed her yet for moving in on his territory but it might be only a matter of time...
