Mercane
The Mercanes are a race of 12-foot-tall, blue, lawful neutral outsiders who wander around the planes and do merchant things. They appeared in Third Edition, because fucking EVERYTHING appeared in Third Edition; first in the Manual of the Planes and again in the Epic Level Handbook. Mercanes speak "Abyssal, Celestial, Draconic, Infernal, and at least two other languages", and their favored class is Wizard. Mercane clerics worship Boccob. Mercanes are the founders of the City of Union, a Demiplane that attracts a lot of epic level characters and is like a safer version of Sigil
