For some reason, the stupid artist of this picture painted the Chapter Master in the colours of the Flesh Tearers and left out his cigar.

Temperus Maximus is the Chapter Master of the Angry Marines, by virtue of being the angriest Marine in the chapter, if not in the entire Imperium of Man.
