The Writhing World is a Nurglite Daemon World ruled by specialized Nurglite Biomancers called "The Sorceror-Kings". The planet is composed of wormlike, undulating flesh, and city-sized citadels of the Sorceror-Kings are built upon the backs of enormous beetles which endlessly wander the wiggling, wormy landscape.
