Torias Telion

Torias Telion is a Scout Sergeant of the Ultramarines Chapter. Having been introduced in the 5th edition Space Marine Codex, he is, of course, the BESTEST SCOUT SERGEANT EVAR. In fact, he's SO GOOD, he's loaned to other Chapters to train their Scouts (although the new Codex limits this to Ultramarines successors).
He is the least offensive of the various Ultramarines special characters (besides Ortan Cassius), probably because he has a badass beard. His characterization in novels by Nick Kyme and Graham McNeill has also been pretty consistent as not giving a damn what the Codex Astartes says about organization and tactics.
He has a special weapon called Quietus, which is basically just a Stalker-pattern bolter with a special name.
He is outclassed in quality of hair, quality of sniping, and quantity of bitching and moaning by Cyrus. He does however possess far better facial hair. Just look at that beard.
On the table Telion is a 50 point upgrade for a scout squad, replacing their sergeant with +1WS +2BS and +1A. He has Stealth which he grants to the rest of the squad and can forgo shooting or running to let a single model in the squad fire at his BS. Quietus meanwhile is a sniper rifle with an extra shot and AP5. His Eye of Vengeance rule means that all of his shooting attacks are precision hits.
