Ultramarines

The Ultramarines are a chapter of Space Marines, and possibly the most famous and well-known chapter both within and without the Warhammer 40,000 universe. As their Primarch laid out the Codex Astartes, they follow it precisely and set the standard for almost all other Space Marine chapters, and are Games Workshop's default chapter of choice and the most common army choice of new Space Marines players (as the marine starting box sets are universally Ultramarine-based). Given the normal qualities of new Space Marines players, the Ultramarines are not particularly highly-regarded on /tg/.
