Lauka Vai, the Mother of Nightmares

I don't know what the fuck that thing is, but I want it.

Lauka Vai, the Mother of Nightmares, is the leader of the Avengorii dynasty of Soulblight vampires. Her main schtick is that she, like all other Avengorii vampires, is a bloodthirsty monster desperately trying to conceal her bloodlust behind a thinly veiled pretense of honor and nobility. In her case, this is made somewhat difficult, on account of her lower half being some sort of horrifying bat/demon/dragon thing because of some vaguely defined Tzeentch fuckery. And by "honor" they apparently mean drinking the blood of the biggest, baddest motherfucker on the battlefield. Because of this, they choose to settle in the realm of Ghur, where there's more than enough big, bad motherfuckers to go around. Incidentally, her dynasty really likes big scary monsters (and really, who can blame them), to the point of being able to take Terrorgheists and Zombie Dragons as battleline! Not much else is known about her at this point, but she does have her very own book on the way, in which a free city makes a deal with her to stave off a Chaos invasion. Where have I seen this before?
