The Rougarou are a minor race of anthropomorphic wolves native to Golarion. Introduced in the Bestiary 6, very little is known about them as a result, but basically, they're a Pathfinder expy of the Lupin race, complete with the hatred for werewolves, though with the unique ability to assume the shape of ordinary wolves. Why they have this, who can say?

Rougarou take their name from a Cajun monster, essentially a swamp & forest-dwelling werewolf. As such, they're stated as favoring southern swamps and marshes, which are believed to be their origin point.
