Meta Lore
This Chapter was conceived when three things converged in my head: 1) The new Shadowspear Boxset was previewed, and they were a perfect fit for a Raven Guard-like Chapter 2) I wanted to create a very Psyker heavy Chapter 3) I found the "deep" lore of the Ash Blindness or Sable Brand of the Raven Guard Chapter
