Sargonnas is the God of Vengeance and Conquest from the Dungeons & Dragons setting of Dragonlance. Reluctant husband to Takhisis, this brooding deity is the father of their twin children; Nuitari and Zeboim.

Angry, militant and treacherous, Sargonnas demands strict obedience from those who follow him. He feels no committment to his fellow Gods of Darkness, and despises the Gods of Light, save for the grudging respect he feels for Kiri-Jolith.

Traditionally, Sargonnas is the patron god of the minotaur race, although after the events of the War of Souls, his worship has been supplanted and he is struggling to reclaim his hold on them.

Dogma

Wreak vengeance on those who wrong you. The weak have no place in society. Strength is power. Power is gained through strength and held through honor. Be loyal to those who are loyal to you. Destroy those who betray you. Never show mercy, for mercy dishonors both you and your enemy.
