Tarantula

One of the objects most beloved by the men and women of the Imperial Guard is the Tarantula, an automated gun turret used to defend strategic posistions. They may be fitted with either lascannons or heavy bolters. This means that there is a gun defending them from green-skinned soccer hooligans playing Junkyard Wars: Barbarian Edition, crazed Chaos cultists, or space elf dickholes at the front lines, and they don't even have to be in harm's way. They will still be put in harm's way.
