Ayekea

Ayekea is a Plane of the multiverse devoted entirely to commerce. But counter to what might expect of such a realm, it is executed in the most banal and inconvenient way possible. Central to the Ayekea experience is walking the maze. The maze exists display all the wares the plane has to offer. A seeker can find virtually anything they desire in the maze, but they cannot acquire it there. The maze is only for displaying, not for selling.

Each item in the maze is marked with a clue as to where the actual item can be acquired in the crypt which lies below. But before one can reach the crypt they must then navigate a second obstacle, the labyrinth. Where the maze is a neat and orderly place for displaying, the labyrinth is a chaotic mess, piled high with wares for the taking, items too small and inconsequential to be stored in the crypts.
