Brotherhood of Mortis

The Brotherhood of Mortis is an evil cult from the Domain of Zherisia within the Demiplane of Dread in Ravenloft. They create horrific monsters itilizing dark magics like Mecromancy and fleshwarping alchemy. The inspiration for both the cult itself and their monsters came from the 1997 Playstation 1 video game "Nightmare Creatures", which has been called "The Prototype Bloodborne" due to similar environments and enemies. The Brotherhood of Mortis' name is even based on the Brotherhood of Hecate from the game!
