One of the Assassin temples in 40k.

Not as cool as Eversors. They like to think they are, and wear skull masks so that they can cosplay as eversor assassins, but ultimately the charade leaves them as hollow as their warp signature.

They also somehow manage to have no soul so hard that they're able to fire beams of not-soul out of the gun attached to their heads and assuming there's enough psykers around, this beam can become arguably one of the best anti-infantry guns in the game.
