Stands for Dungeon Master's Guide, a title used for a specific core rulebook in many editions of Dungeons & Dragons.

The DMG usually contains extra rules for the game: usually those which are optional, or would only be of use to the DM (meaning players need not or should not know them). They also usually contain advice for the DM on how to run the game and design adventures.
